The "Effortless Elegance" Full-Service Package:

If you’re a busy client who prefers a completely hands-off experience, we’ve got you covered. We take care of everything from concept development to budget management, vendor sourcing and coordination (catering, florals, rentals, entertainment, and more), detailed timeline creation, complete design execution, and seamless on-site coordination on the day of the event.

The "Refined & Ready" Partial Planning Package:

$1500

Perfect for clients who have a general vision or have already booked a few vendors but need expert guidance to bring everything together. This package includes personalized vendor recommendations, detailed design consultations, assistance with timeline and checklist creation, and crucial day-of coordination to ensure smooth execution.

The "Seamless Day" Day-of Coordination Package:

$800

Perfect for clients who have completed their planning but need professional oversight for flawless event execution.

Includes: Finalizing vendor logistics 4-6 weeks prior to the event, creating a detailed day-of timeline, managing vendor arrivals/departures, overseeing setup/breakdown, and handling all on-site coordination during the event.

Does NOT include prior planning, vendor sourcing, or design decisions.

"The Hidden Garden" Rental- 80 Guests Max - Min Rental - 4 Hrs

$200

Our charming private garden in Westchester is available exclusively for clients who book our event planning services. This fee covers access to the entire garden, sunroom, parking, included essential amenities (power, water, permanent string lights, 1 rustic event table, TV display, audio system), and allows for food and alcohol.
